If you are trting to contact us about the status of you order please don't worry😊 Our small but dedicated team is currently experiencing a high volume of orders and they are working hard to ship all of the packages as soon as possible. Once the orders are shipped out, it will take approximately 1-5 days for the USPS to deliver your order. During this time please be advised that all new orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered, due to the recent influx of orders.   • Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all Pawsitively Groomed Groomers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. We will provide you with a stress-free refund or exchange.
